Finley Golf Club

One of the top practice facilities in the Triangle, featuring a grass driving range (weather permitting), pitching and chipping area, bunkers, a putting green, and a Thistle Dhu-style putting course. I-85 Driving Range

I-85 offers two driving ranges—one with mats and Trackman technology and the other with grass. The short game area allows for chipping, pitching, and bunker practice, while the practice green is slow, making it useful for distance control but less for simulating on-course conditions. There’s also a miniature golf course, making it a great spot for the whole family.

Occoneechee Golf Club

Like the course, the practice facilities are underrated. The drive range is small, but the matts are in good condition. The putting green is nice and there is a short game area to practice pitching, chipping, and bunker play.
